Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

default on bankruptcy

I recently was declared for bankruptcy, now one of the banks I chose to repay in good faith are saying they are calling default. What does this mean and what is the next step.

Re: default on bankruptcy

I'm not sure what the question is. It sounds to me like there is a credit card involved and the credit card company does not want to extend credit in the future because of the bankruptcy/ In other words, they are not seeking a reaffirmation of the debt. You can still pay them if you want but they don't have to lend you money in the future.
