went to district court for condo fees, judge dismissed, then continued and i lost because i didn't show. can they have a sheriff sale

i was the only one served when there is another owner

If there is another owner, that person should file a 3rd party property claim with the DJ. A hearing will be held and that person must appear to prove their ownership. However, if that person is not your spouse, the items can still be sold.

In such a situation, it may make sense to consider a bankruptcy which may eliminate other debt as well.
