Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Hi my name is Dustin im 28 and im on ssi and only get 700 dollars a month and ive been unable to pay my fines and now have a bench warrant. ...i look up online a law 42 u.s.c.407 sec.207 and for my understanding of this law is that the court cant put me in jail cause im unable to afford to pay....so if some on could let me know more about it law 42 u.s.c.407 sec 207

This is not a credit/collections issue. Its a criminal law issue. Either re-post your question to a criminal law attorney in PA or talk to your criminal law attorney. Federal law is irrelevant unless you are charged with a federal offense. However, you are correct that if you can't pay because of indigency then failure to pay cannot be grounds to re-incarcerate you. However, I have not researched the issue lately and have not done any criminal work for some time so please consult a criminal law attorney.
