Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
My employer in Pa just started deductions from a credit card company. The court order is from delaware and I'm a pa resident and work in Pa. Can they do this. Dont have to go thru the Pa courts.

Yes they do have to go through the PA county in which you live. Your employer should not have honored the claim for attachment as a foreign court has no authority over a pa company or person. Rather, any foreign judgment has to be enforced through the PA county in which you live. And PA does not allow attachment of wages for civil judgments based on breach of contract.
You should speak to an attorney ASAP and I offer a free initial consult.
