Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

What else can we do?

Would like to know what to expect when we go to court on Wed. we owe money on furniture but can't make the payments....We tried making payment arrangements for what we can afford and they refused them..our only other alternative is to have them take back the furniture. What else can we expect at court?

I seem to recall a procedure where the Magisterial District Justice has the power to Order installment payments of a civil judgment but I can't find the citation to the particular Rule that allows this. The MDJ is no doubt familiar with it, though, so that may be worth asking for.
