Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Who, other than my mortgage company, would be able to take my home from me ? I am currently in bankruptcy. I have however, found the funds to pay off the mortgage. I'm not concerned with liens, because I have no intention of ever moving.

Any creditor who has a valid judgment may request a sheriff sale of real estate to enforce payment of that judgment. I suggest you consult with legal counsel. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
