Need Garnishment Interrogatories for Bank Account for judgment

I have a judgment obtained against my former landlord for $3,000, the amount of the security deposit that was withheld and never returned to me. Does anyone know where I can get a form of judgment Garnishment Interrogatories to serve on his bank account? Thank you.

I suggest you get an attorney. If your judgment was obtained in small claims court, garnishment is not available in that Court. Judgment must be recorded with the Court of Common Pleas in order to obtain a writ of exection and garnishment. Gerald Hershenson
