Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I keep getting harrasing calls from a bill collector for some one who has never lived here or had this phone number. i have asked her to take care of it and given her the agencys phone number as well as told the collection agency that she dosen't live here and this is not her number and given them her home phone number.

they keep calling me and she hasn't done anything to stop it either.

is there anything i can do?

Telling the debt collector does not work. You have to write to them. If you send a letter, send it certified. However, I can help with this for a reasonable fee. Please contact me if you are interested.
