Can they take our house?

If all of the credit card debt is the wifes name and if all real property is owned jointly between husband and wife, can a credit card company or collection agency force you to sell the property to satisfy a deliquent credit card account?

Not in Pennsylvania. The property owned jointly by husband and wife is a "tenancy by the entireties." However, if the credit card company obtains a judgment against the wife, that would be a lien on the property and you would not be able to sell it without satisfying the lien.
