interrogatories for discovery of assets in aid of execution

I have a law office trying to get information on my assets on a unsecured credit card. They are claiming if I do not fill out this form they will send out a contempt of court. Is there anyway I can fight this?, I have a very limited income, my husband is on disability. I do own my home and have nothing of value.

If all of your assets are in joint names with your husband, there is not much that the credit card company can do. Just go ahead and answer their questions and send them back. It is the easiest thing to do.
