Interrogatories

A law firm is requesting fo me to fill and complete list of all my personal assets and there trying to collect a debt from me. It was a GMAC automobile Lease that I handed back in the car , However I want over the mileage on my Lease and now They placed a Judgement against me and now trying to sue me for the Deficiency Balance. What are my Options??

You said two different things. That they placed a judgment against you and that they are suing for the balance. PA does not have confessed judgments anymore so they must file suit before judgment can be granted. You should speak with an attorney to discuss any defenses you may have.
