Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
Items sent to me that were not ordered
As a practical joke, apparently someone is sending in coupons to the like of Franklin Mint, Danbury Mint and Lenox (just to name a few), ordering collectible items on my behalf. Some say ''send no money now, you will be billed''. In this case I get the items with a bill. Others just send me a bill a say ''when the first installment is sent, item will be sent''. How can I put a stop to this and how liable am I to send the items back or simply keep them and not pay?

I suggest you consult with legal counsel. This "joke" could ruin your credit. I would notify all creditors that nothing was ordered. Send all item back. You may want to report this to the police. This is a seriou matter. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
