what items, property can they take

I'm being sued by a collections agency in a district court and I want to know if they can take my only means of transportation

A creditor can take almost all your personal property with limited exceptions. You have a $300.00 cash exemption, wearing apparel, bibles, and other items. They can attach your bank account and freeze it until it is taken resulting in bounced checks.

You should consult with an attorney about possible filing bankruptcy to avoid these results.
