do you have to answer Interrogatories questions from a attorney collecting for debt company if judgement was already entered against you?personall information?

I assume you are talking about an "Information Subpoena". If that is the case, YES, unless they have a default judgment (did you ever oppose the complaint and argue your position in court?), and you plan on filing a motion to vacate the default judgment. Otherwise, they will file to have the judge issue a warrant for arrest for you. Then, the next time you get stopped for anything, you will end up in jail until someone posts "bail" in the amount of the judgment.
