If a judgement is granted against me for an individual debt. Can a hold be placed on a joint checking/savings account?

Re: Judgements
If you have a judgement against you any type of assets in your name can be levied so if you have a checking or savings account in your own name yes they could levy against it to obtain payment for their judgement.
