Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

judgements/lien

when a judgement is settled between defendent and plantiff who is required to record satisfaction at court house? I also had settled before I closed on a purchase, when I began to refinance 8 months later a judgement had attatched to my home. This has affected my ability to refinance, and plantiff refuses to record satisfaction. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you

The plaintiff has a duty to record satisfaction whne it is made. If he refuses you can move the court to record satisfaction.
