Judgment Per Debt
Can a creditor take a consumer's real property i.e. home as payment on a judgment against consumer regarding unsecured debt owed?

A judgment creditor can place a lien on any real property owned by the judgment debtor. A judgment creditor can also force the sale of any real property if there is sufficient equity to justify the sale. There are special protections if the creditor tries to force a sale of the debtor's home.
If the debtor wants to offer the property as full payment of the judgment, that can be negotiated if all the parties are interested.
