Judgment liens
Are all judgments paid off in a Sheriff's sale by a second mortgageholder, even if there is no buyer and the Mortgage company takes the title?

Re: Judgment liens
If a Second Mortgage holder takes the property they have to pay off the superior liens like, for example, the first mortgage holder's lien. Any other liens that would have attached to the property before the Second Mortgage should have been taken care of at the closing of the Second Mortgage.
