judgment

i get a judgment on the pleadings granted to the plaintiff i file a answer and never call me to the court and i recive this 3 copy of order of court what i need to do now to tried to defend my self against this judgment the days is 18 day of december 2008

It seems to me that you should have hired an attorney some time ago, instead of trying to play with it yourself.

A judgment on the pleadings for the plaintiff means that YOU LOST. A judgment on the pleadings means that based on what the plaintiff filed, and that which you filed, the plaintiff WON. Based on the writings alone. There was no need for you to go to court. You can't file an answer after a judgment on the pleadings.

You have 30 days to challenge the judgment. Hire a lawyer. DON'T do it yourself.
