Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

can a lawyer, say from ..... NJ .....practice Law in PA if he/she doesn't appear to be licenced in NJ? and is this ethical?

Let me guess, you were sued by either Apothaker or Klemm?

An attorney in their firm has to have a PA license. With both of these attorneys, I can say that someone in their office has a PA license.

But to answer your question, an attorney cannot practice law in a state that he/she does not have a license.
