Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Leading someone on.....

Is it illegal to Lead someone on and

lie to their face about seeing

someone if the person you're lying to

is taking care of you and paying

medical bills, etc, and you're living in

their house using all their resources?

Mind you.. there is not marriage

involved at this point. Will they have

to pay any of this money back? Can

the ''Usee'' charges on the ''user''?

Re: Leading someone on.....

It's not illegal. Nothing you can do other than kick them out and stop paying their bills, which no one told you to do in the first place.

Gifts are completed upon delivery and acceptance. So I think the answer is no. However, there is nothing that compels a person to take another person into their house or to pay another person's medical bills.
