Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
lent money
i lent 3327 to my fiancees wife. she said she was under on the mortgage. i wrote her a check. we never signed any other papers. she started paying me back. she gave me 4 checks totaling $800.00. her and her husband seperated because she had been doing somthing with their money other than paying bills. so now them 2 are getting divorced. i havent recied a payment from her in a year. do you think the check and saved text messages of her saying that she would pay me back would be enough to go to the magistrate over?

Re: lent money
The text messages may constitute a contract. The messages along with the checks would be enough to file suit.
