Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Liens against co-owned property

A judgement was entered against me for credit card debt for about $4200. Can a lien be put on a property I co-own with my fiance and can they take money from my joint bank account with him? We are not married. The only thing I own by myself is a car.

I live in Phila, PA.

Thank you,

Carly
