Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Loan agreement

I have a car loan co-signed by my Mother. In 2004, I filed bankruptcy but did not include this loan. I have continued to pay the regular payments, however some of them were late or skipped (put to the end of the loan). Now the regular payments are complete and I have a balance due of $2300.00. I have been trying to contact National City, but they will not talk to me, only my Mother, because I filed the bankruptcy. If I continue to pay, can they still reposess the car?

Re: Loan agreement

If you continue to pay they would have no reason to repossess the car. Why do you think that they would?
