Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Looking to get a loan to buy my repossessed car.

I recently had my car repossessed last Wednesday, Feb. 1st, and the bank with who the payments go to have informed me that they only way that I can get it back is to pay the balance off and fees in full. I owe roughly $10,600 including the repossession fees. I have tried with several banks to get a loan to pay for this amount, and as assumed, every one of them has turned me down. Is there a lender or someone who can help me get a loan, or give me some other advice?

Thank you,

SB

If the repossessor did not follow the applicable statutes you may have a claim against them which could force an agreement for you to get the vehicle back and make payments. I offer free consultations.
