Loan to family member

What kind of a form do I need to have a lien put on the house of the person we want to loan money to?

You need to have a mortgage. The Borrower will sign it and it gets filed with the recorder of deeds office in the County the real estate is located. I suggest speaking with a lawyer about preparing this document. I offer free consultations.
