locating a defendant to transfer judgment

I won a PA small claims judgment and had an execution order prepared but the defendant moved all of her personal property before the constable could levy it. She is a partner in an antique store in another county and is reported living in the store. How do I find out where her residence actually is so I can transfer the judgment to her new location? She and her business partner have not registered the business with PA and I have had no luck with local officials to identify the actual owners of the business and their home addresses.

Retain a detective agency to track the defendant down or retain an attorney to hire a detective to obtain the information.
