i am with settlement company. settlement taking long. debt went to collector,mann bracken.sent cease letter, still call 10 times a day.told me they are going to file suit against me. I am scared and do not what to do.File with the ftc also.

They may be violating the fair debt collection act due to their excessive calling. Keep a diary to note all contact on this matter. Perhaps you should contact an attorney to discuss your options.
