Minors and Credit Cards
I have heard before that minors do not have to repay credit card debt if they signed the contract before they were 18. Where can I read the actual law that says this or is this just false?

Pankas v. Bell, 413 Pa. 494
"Of course, it is hornbook law that, generally, save as to necessaries, the contract of a minor is voidable ( O'Leary Estate, 352 Pa. 254, 256, [**314] 42 A.2d 624)."
