Minors Liability for Medical Bills
While in college a minor, 19 years old, had treatment at a local hospital emergency room. Is the minor liable to pay for the treatment is the insurance denied payment?

Yes, the person is liable. Age of majority is 18, the person in the question is considered an adult by law.
