Re: mortgage foreclosure
Pleadings must follow the rwquirements laid out in the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure. You should be speak to a lawyer as many mortgage foreclosures are ripe for Preliminary Objections which are a legitimate way to extend the time to complete the case.
If you choose to answer, you must respond to each numbered paragraph by admitting it, denying it or admitting it in part and denying it in part. If you deny something you should briefly state why. If you admit in part be explicit in what part you admit and what part you deny. If you have no idea about the truth of the paragraph you can deny it and state that you are without information as to the truth and therefore deny. You also have to sign it and provide a verification. But again you should contact a lawyer. i offer free intial consultations.
