Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Motion to Vacate

I am in a debt settlement program. They told me that I needed to file a motion to vacate. When I went tot the courthouse to file the motion they said I needed an order of court. Can you tell me what this is and how I can get the format for it?

Re: Motion to Vacate

I'm not sure of what you are vacating. I think what you may be looking for is a Praecipe to Settle and Discontinue and that has to be signed by the Plaintiff. It just directs the Prothonotary to mark the docket satisfied. You have to pay record costs at the time that you do this.
