Move from NJ to PA--defaulted CC SOL

I have a CC that defaulted, according to my credit repts, in 9/04. I am moving from NJ to PA next month. Will the PA SOL apply to this defaulted CC once I move?

If they sue you in PA, then the PA SOL will apply.
