NJ Student Loan colletions

I recently receviced a call from a collection agency for a outstanding student loan, they have threated to leivy my wages, they also continue to call my job. I am am currently paying the IRS on a leviy from them, can the collection agency also attach my wages while I'm paying the IRS?? I live Phila, PA and the Stendent loan is from NJ.

The levy from the IRS would take precedence and I believe there is a limit to the percentage of your wages that may be garnished.
