i baught my girl friend a$23,000 car at the time i baught it she said she would pay me back i have the bank ck in my name and the guy i baught it from ps she moved out and left me what can i do, also what about the diamond rings i baught her can i get back my money

i don;t want the rings,

I'm not sure. Your argument would be that the items were conditional gifts and that you gave the gifts to her conditioned upon some type of agreement such as an engagement agreement. There is Pennsylvania Supreme Court precedent on the subject of engagement rings. I don't know of any cases where the agreement was simply to live together or where the gift was a car.
