Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
My parents are in a assited/nursing home facility and they are leaving their apartment lease 2 months early with notice they have no funds and are on medicaid as power of attorney am I responsible for thier debt?

NO. They are responsible for their debt. You, as power of attorney, are responsible to use their funds for their benefit, including paying their creditors if you are able to from your parents' funds. But you are not personally responsible for your parents' debts.
