Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I am a Pennsylvania sole proprietorship. A man in Ohio is threatening to sue for idea theft. If I cannot afford an attorney and will not be able to pay a settlement - what should I do?

File bankruptcy. But first you have to ask, did you steal the man's idea? Did he protect his rights by patenting/trademarking it? You will need to obtain that information first.
