Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I am planning to live in Florida for the next two years to help take care of my grandmother. I will be staying at my uncle's house. I will be moving my possessions down there from Pennsylvania. I intend to return to Pennsylvania. I will be long distance telecommuting from my PA-based job. I can/will pay income tax to PA. However, I will not have a mailing address or home in PA. I would like to be "seen" as domiciled or a resident of PA for debt collection purposes and because I intend to return. I most likely will have to register my car and change my driver's license to FL. Is there a good way to stay domiciled in PA while living in FL?
