What is a ''Notice of Praecipe to Enter Judgement by Default? I received this in the mail despite trying to reach this attorney's office and set up payment arrangements ona past due bill. What can they do to me?

We commonly call this a 10 day notice. Your attorney needs to file an answer within 10 days of the date of that Notice or they will have to petition to open the defaults.
