Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Praecipe

I need to fill out a Praecipe for certification in response to a credit card company before they can submit my response at the prothonotary office. I do not know what action I must check on this form,can you please explain these options to me so i make sure I check the right one.

There are many types of praecipes. A praecipe is an order to the prothonotary to take a ministerial action. You should contact an attorney if you have forms that you do not understand.
