Preparing to Sue Collector and Agency

I am preparing to sue a collector for failure to cease communication after I sent a certified letter to do so. The collector has continued to send letters and call me.

How do I find out the real name of the collector since Im sure it is an alias she is using.

Chelsea Johnson of Northeast Credit and Collections is going to be the defendant in this case.

You would sue the agency and that would cover the actions of all of their employees. As a part of discovery, it would be determined who called/contacted you and when/how.

There is no need to sue her personally. Sue the Collection agency as she as an employee is their agent and therefore they are responsible for the actions she takes as part of her job. I offer free consultations.
