Protection from creditors
Is my personal residence protected from the liens of my creditors in the State of Pennsylvania?

Generally I agree that the answer is no but there are situations where the lien may not mean anything. For example, if it is a tenancy by the entireties (jointly owned by husband and wife) in Pennsylvania the creditors would not be able to execute on lien against either spouse alone. This only applies to husband and wife, though, and not to other joint ownership arrangements.
