Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

purchasing

I used my ex-husband's name to purchase a cell phone. I was able to put the phone in his name but use my address so it was shipped to me (I have bad credit). How and why does this benefit me. Can I get in trouble for intentionaly doing this?

How and why does this benefit you? What an amazing question. It could mean your ticket straight to jail, if you consider that a benefit. Fraud, Forgery and Felony are three words that you might want to become intimately familiar with, and possibly Mail Fraud as well. What were you thinking???
