Re: Quit Claim Deed

The property can easily be transfered back to you and your wife as tenants by entirieties. You will have to sign a new deed and file it with the Recorder of Deeds in the county the property is located. I suggest you consult legal counsel. You will need a copy of the last recorded deed. I can prepare such a deed and send it to you no matter where you are located. My charge for such a service is $75 payable in advance. I can prepare the deed. You must have it notarized before filing. Let me know. Gerald Hershenson [email protected] or call me at 215-579-9390. My address is listed on lawguru. Good luck.
