Just realized that my loan documents for my new car have the wrong bank on it. Is this a problem?

Yes. That means that you owe money to a lender with whom you have no relationship as well as to the lender actually financing it unless the 2 are somehow related entities of the same parent. Either way you need to get this straightened out.
