Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Never rec'd notice of debt

dental office called and stated that I owe bill from 2002

I am sure it was paid , but have no records.(bank changed)

I ahve never rec'd a bill for there service and now the are threatening to turn over to magistrate?

do I have any options other than to pay ?

Get the records from your old bank. If you mean that the bank no longer exists, then find what bank bought your old bank or merged with it.
