Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I'm receiving calls from a debt collector due to me dropping out of school early. the school was losing teachers, and was not teaching us properly for our certification. they were passing us by to cover their own mistakes. fed loan took the remainder of the grant back so now the school is collecting, can I sue them for or at least make them leave me alone for not owning up to their end of the bargain?

hether you have claims against the school will depend on your agreement with them. As far as the school goes, you have to review your documents. What is the school's policy on tuition refunds? Many schools have a written policy that is spelled out in the enrollment documents. It does not matter why your dropped out. If you do it too late in the semester, then you a re not going to get a refund. Perhaps though any amount you owe can be offset if you have a viable claim against the school for fraud.
