Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I recently financed something for a friend. Two payments were made but she refuses to make further payments. The account has now gone to collections. How do i recover the propeerty or payment for it? As far as documentation goes, i have an invoice stating the property was delivered in her name, to her address (written in her handwriting) and text messages stating that she's going to pay. Also, the man at the company that sold the property stated he remember me financing it for her.

What is not clear to me is whether collection is being sought against you, whether you can pay that if it is and what assets were being financed. The answers to those questions will enable me to advise you further. Feel free to call or e-mail on a free initial basis.
