Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I rented a car

I had a car accident but only had labilty. I did not take the extra insurnce they offred me, because they said I would only own a $500.00 dec. Can they sue me for the the car now? They never explained to me any thing. I never rented a car befor. They never asked me what type of insurance I had ect thank's I need help.

Yes, they can sue for damages if it is your fault. Do you have other car insurance it may cover your accident.
