repayment

i have a student loan, they denied medical deferment, antoehr co tried to take over loan original co said no now they wont take my pmnts & stall me when i ask questions accumulating more late fees

You asked about student loan deferment.

Unfortunately you have not provided enough facts with which an attorney can provide advice.

You should call myself or a local professional to advise you on this matter.

Student lenders have become more and more abusive with the passage of the bankruptcy reform of 2005. The law is not yet settled as to how or when deferment or discharge is appropriate. I am intimately familiar with the applicable law and regulation in this area.
